You don't want to add any additional colors, since you have your accent color already. I would suggest large framed prints of black and white posters, such as Aubrey Beardsley illustrations, or some b/w photographs. Use black frames on the red wall, red frames on the black wall.

It really depends on your taste. Modern art work with the rooms colors would be great. Old movie posters framed would be a great idea.

You could make a collage of your black and white photos, and display them in black, white, and red photo frames all over your red accent wall. You could also buy metal art and hang that on the red wall.

Black and red bring two images to mind. You could choose an Asian theme- bring in gold accents and Asian influenced art and symbols (one large symbol for JOY or FAMILY or PEACE would POP) or go with a fifties diner type theme - with rock and roll and Coca-cola or old black and white Hollywood prints.
