What are some islands in international waters?

Most islands are either claimed or settled by a nation and, by definition, are NOT in international waters. The Antarctic is about the only international zone - islands include Balleny Islands and some small rocks and ice floes off Marie Byrd Land.

Cook Islands, Solomon Islands, the Pacific Islands of Fiji, Kiribati, and Tonga, the Australian island of Tasmania are in international waters. This is not exhaustive list. There are more.
