I have a MBA in finance, can I get a job as a consultant in international business?

Absolutely you can. Business means all kinds and international business is one aspect of that. Your best bet is to apply at a US firm that has an overseas branch.

Yes you can. It would be a plus if you were also bilingual in another lanuage such as french, german, or chinese. You could expect to travel alot and you would need to have additional credentials and experience for some places. You may work under someone until you have more experience.

As an MBA in finance you should be able to get a job in such fields as international banking, international accounting, Typical options could be a job as a finance manager with a multinational corporation which has branches, subsidiaries, suppliers or customers in other countries or as a hedging fund manager.

MBA is a good degree but now a days peoples prefer to doing MS relevant to there specialization. You can get job in international business.
