The size of the cage depends on the size of the bird. It should be at least twice as tall as the bird and wider than it's wingspan. Use metal bars, birds can chew through wood or plastic. Supply some perches and toys.

You can make a nice wooden bird cage similar to a bird house although bigger if you would like to house a bird or birds in it. You also want to know what kind of bird you will put in it.

The most easiest way would be to get some boards and build a frame, just a simple box frame. Then purchase some wire mash and place it as the walls.

You sar going to want to get a strong enough steel for the bird. Also you are going to need a welder or solder gun to get it to stay together. I reccomend welding it because it is stronger.

The bird cages must be too airy and it be built using the thin fencing nets which are available in markets, so that , birds can have an free environment and built it bit larger. So that they can move here and there

Be sure to build a cage that will fit the size of the birds that will use it. Painting a cage with flowers or colors that are flower like will attract birds. You also want it to fit in with the surroundings. Use wood, not plastic.

Well, what kind of bird cage do you want to make? I would make one that is shaped like a dome but that is very precise.
