The key to controlling pain is good nutrition, a regular fitness routine, and getting enough sleep. For chronic pain, try hot tea before bed along with a good book. And then, don't get stressed if you don't fall asleep right away. Just allow yourself to read and breathe deeply. If you get enough sleep, you'll be able to manage pain.

For back pain, arnica works wonders. Or you could try a cream with capsaicin, which can be found in cayenne peppers. Belladonna is also good for most pain.
