What are some foods that are high in estrogen?

I would like to increase my estrogen levels through changing my diet and need a list of foods that are high in estrogen.

There are a number of natural growing plants as well as some animal proteins. A short list includes Cherries, Chickpeas, Cucumbers, Dairy, Eggs, Garlic, Oats and Olive oil
