well, for dribbling skills best thing to do is take a nice jog up and down the field with a ball, for passing stand 3-5 feet away from a wall pass it soft and get hard as you go. if your parents let you, dribble a soccer ball around
Keep practicing the 40 metre dash, as this is the time they are most interested in. Also, running with resistance (i. e. in water, with bands strapped to your waist, etc), will also help with this.
