How can I improve my arm strength for football?

I really want to be a great football player.

Try lifting weights. There are several machines that will improve your arm strength, but you'll want to consult a professional trainer and/or your doctor before using them. You should also do push-ups. You'll need an overall good physique, so you should also run and do calisthenics.

There a lot of exercises to improve your arm strength. Try doing Push up and pull up(20-25 counts each) per day and keep increasing the count everyday.

I would recommend bicep and tricep curls, and constantly throwing a football. Repitition is the key, as your arm will become stronger that way.

Go to the gym and do the workout a lot everyday especailly just workout for your arm by using a bar. Bar is better than dumbbel
