There are good restuarants in the Triangle. In Raleigh, Fins is good. In Durham, eat at the Washington Duke Hotel and Top of the Hill is good in Chapel Hill.
The best one I know of is crackerbarrel but arigotos japanese steakhouse is outstanding try doing a net search for them it will pull an entire list for you.
