Is Johnny Carino's restaurant good?

I have eaten at Johnny Carino's in my hometown of Victorville California many times, and have had a pleasant experience every single time. The service is outstanding, and the food always tastes great. I did some research and discovered on the resturaunts website that there are over 140 locations in the U.S. and 10 abroad.

Johnny Carino's is a mid-range Italian place with good food, but I never had really great service there. There are 140 locations in the US and 10 overseas.
