Most teenagers enjoy theme parties, so long as they don't have to embarrass themselves by wearing costumes, etc. The Twilight series is big amongst teen girls right now. Other themes that are easily tailored to teens include a luau or beach party, a Wii tournament or a game night where they play games from their childhood.

Some good ideas for a teenage party is a disco themed party or an island theme party, something that will allow teens to step out the box!
