Generally the only jobs available for 13-year-olds are those that pay "under the table". These could include mowing lawns or other minor landscaping, babysitting, cleaning gutters, paper routes, or dog walking. Some restaurants will hire younger people to bus tables or clean the floors but you will need permission.

A really good way to earn money would be to mow lawns, rake leaves, or do other household jobs for your neighbors.

There are many that can actually be done. Possibly a paper route. You should probably go for the quick cash, such as mowing lawn, raking leaves and shoveling snow.
