A number of soups and stews can be made in under 30 minutes. Also, skillet lasagna or skillet shepherd's pie can be made in under 30 minutes and would be easy for a beginning cook.

Sorry but in order to give your a thirty minute recipe you need to increase your words. This needs about 60 words to give a full answer.

Have frozen hamburger meat already cooked. When defrosted, use for tacos, spaghetti, or chili. Freeze broth from roast or chicken. Defrost and heat with canned mixed vegetables and add cooked noodles or rice. You could add left over chicken meat or beef or eat as is.

Mexican Chicken-Take 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, saute in olive oil, then cut into bite-size pieces. Using same pan add 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 tomato cut into chunks, 5 dashes of Tabasco sauce. Cook until veggies are tender.

I would actually suggest a fantastic cookbook by Rachel Ray filled with quick recipes or you could try for quick recipes rated by plenty of users who give improvement tips and feedback on recipes.

Start with meat that you think can be made tasty in thirty minutes. Meat like chicken and fish are great options since both can be seasoned easily and you can purchase these foods already ready for preparation. Avoid things like steak which can be tough and harder to flavor in such a short period of time.

You have 50 words left!
