Mexican Chicken-Take 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, saute in olive oil, then cut into bite-size pieces. Using same pan add 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 tomato cut into chunks, 5 dashes of Tabasco sauce. Cook until veggies are tender.
