There is no way of getting around it. You have to do cardio. But make sure that you also have a weight/strength training element to your program as well. Cardio Exercises: Treadmill, Stairmaster, Bike, Elliptical, rowing. Weight Training: Bench press, Barbell curls, Dips, Pull ups, Dead-lifts, tri-cep press, squats.
