What are some good exercises for a softball pitcher?

To gain arm strength, use a hand weight (not too light but not too heavy) and do bicep curls, wrist curls (for forearm and wrist strength for snaps), and butterflies. To gain leg strength, squats and lunges work several leg muscles at a time.

Running would be good and bicep curles because they use the same muscles to throw the ball that they do to do the bicep curls
