There is a game called "Secret Santa". You write the names of the staff on a small piece of paper. Collect all notes in a bag or something similar. Let each staff memeber pick a piece of paper. The people have to take care of each other and make a small Christmas gift (max 10$).

Word games, such as hangman and scrambled words are fun team or solo games that are inexpensive and require little preparation. Balance games (egg in spoon races) and music games (name that tune) also work. There are also board games such as Cranium and Apples to Apples that are fun at office parties.
