You will want to say who is giving the shower , as well as who the shower is in honor of. It will also be important that you outline the pertinent information of when and where. A bridal shower inviatation is classy if it gives the necessary informationand does not atempt to be over the top or too flashy.

I am pretty sure the last invitation I got had something to the effect of "Let's shower this bride to be with all the little things she will need." I thought it was cute and not as corny as some of the things I've heard.
