He was the sixteenth president, he was the tallest six foot four inches, the first to have a beard. He was the first president to be assassinated, issued The Emancipation Proclamation, freeing the slaves. He used to carry notes and speeches in his stovepipe hat. He had pets dogs, cats, and once a turkey.

Abraham Lincoln was shot in 1865 by John Wilkes Booth while attending a play. On April 15th he died in office.
