It would be something different for every recipient. Something a little funny, but not overly goofy, something complimentary that builds the receiver up. Not too overly mushy, but sweet and vulnerable at the same time. I would avoid rhyming if at all possible and quoting other literary works, kind of cliche. Most importantly, be honest.
