The first requirement to have been in love -- the words come from the experience within you, and even if you are not in love now, you can remember the feeling. Then you must find the loveliest words and metaphors that express your heart. Look for examples in literature, or on the internet to borrow ways of saying what you mean.

Just express how you truly feel about the other person, as soon as your pen hits the paper you will see that you are very capable of saying romantic and loving things. Just be yourself and say what you want to but are to shy to say in person

You should read good books containing the subject. Even you can go to the internet and can find out the details. while writing letters, give important to the other psrty.

Writing sweet love letters is an art. it can not be learned or thought. It can be written only by the love we have and we feel. While we write the love on them in a letter what we really have will be a sweet love letter.
