Almost any recipe can be made to be low sodium. What you need to do is make sure you buy low sodium ingredients that go into the recipe. More and more low sodium items are being featured at the store. Do not add any salt your food.

You can make any of your favorite recipes low sodium simply by not adding salt, looking for salt free ingredients (such as salt free canned vegetables), add Mrs. Dash for flavoring - and avoid foods that have high salt content (just read labels). Fresh is best - frozen next - canned usually has the worst sodium content. Just read labels!
