What are some different leadership theories?

The "Great Man" theory believes leadership is innate. The "Trait" theory believes people have traits that make them better suited for leadership. The "Contingency" theory is that nobody is a perfect leader in all situations but people are good leaders based on situations. The "Behavioral" theories are the often said "heroes aren't born. but made" theory
