I got my daughter some water paints. She just had a ball with them. You can also just give them a coloring book to color on.

Anything from using finger paints, or to just crayons. maybe cut out little characters and have them draw faces and clothes for them!

You could make baby booties, you could embroider designs on onsies, you could crochet a blanket or make a baby quilt. You could also paint murals on the baby's bedroom wall.
