Puppy Mills have many problems. Puppy's often have more serious health problems then a pup coming from a good breeder. Look for overcrowding, many dogs in enclosed crates and look at how well groomed they are. BREEDERS keep their dogs in tip top shape. Also, look at how many litters there are. Good luck.

Puppy Mill dogs have a lot more problems than other dogs have. They are more likely to have more health problems.
