You will have to get it aligned very often. This is because of the A Arms which are very thin. Other issues include the coolant being leaked very easily and this happens very often. This is due to a faulty hose in the car. The bearings also don't hold up for long.

Common problems on newer model fords motors are coolant leaks due to faulty hose, they are also prone to throw out bearings a lot faster than most. There are also alot of sub frame issues, The "A Arms" are stamped and very thin resulting in you having to get constant aligments.
