Core excercises are great for body shaping. Try doing situps, crunches, planks, side planks, and toe touches daily. You will notice a change in your body if you continue them.
Yoga and pilates are ideal for this, as is weight training. Cardio is good for weight loss but you also want to develop, elongate and strengthen your muscles.
Using dumbbells lift them bending your elbows to shape your biceps. Still holding the weights bend forward and bring your arms straight back behind you (for your triceps).
