Basic Pennsylvania real estate laws will be much the same as in the other states. An offer to buy property must be in writing. The offer is not binding until it is accepted in writing by the seller. Price alone is not the only consideration. Obtaining financing, scheduling closing, making provision for a down payment are all key factors.
