Just call the realtor, telling them that you're not pleased with her service, and asking for a different agent. If that doesn't work, find a different realtor!

If you have a contract you can not do anything, if you do not, then just call them up and tell then you are going with someone else.

Tell your agent that you won't be buying or selling your house right now. Even if you signed a contract with them, they almost never take legal action to force you into selling or buying a house. (It's bad for buisness. )

If the real estate agent has a contract to sell your home and has done no work, you can fire them per breach of contract.
