There is no cure for eczema. There are some medications (mainly skin creams) that can help, but they require a prescription. Only a doctor can tell what will work best.

Mix 1 oz. of Camelina oil and 2 oz. of Emu oil in 4 ounce bottle. Shake well, and dab on eczema. Oils can be found at health food store.

My son had eczema before he turned two. His pedestrian advised me to use wet towels and put them on top of the eczema skin and then under his tight pajamas. Let it stay there overnight. I did not follow it because my son did not like it. I only used eczema lotions and it worked on him.

I suffered from eczema as a child. The best remedy to stop the itching is hydrocortizone cream prescribed by your family physician. But if you are reluctant to use a steriod cream, there are many natural ways to help with the itching, which can be found all over the internet.

There are many useful remedies available for eczema sold as over the counter solutions these days. A really thick cream is one of the easiest to use and find. Look for creams that are specifically marked for treatment of eczema or a really good kind is aquaphyllic ointment. If the eczema worsens you should seek medical advise for a prescription.
