Some words you can use to describe yourself are hardworking, efficient, thorough, even-tempered, dependable, trustworthy, and reliable. You can point out your attendance record, responsibilities that you have been given at other jobs, and that you believe teamwork is important, as well as the ability to work alone when needed.

It is usually best to present your strengths in an interview. Your employer will be looking for someone focused, punctual, hard-working, honest, and team-oriented, just to name a few. Try to play up any traits that fall in line with those qualities.
