There should be only two: he'll be sterile, and he'll lose interest in female dogs. This may take a while as his testosterone levels drop.

Your dog will probably calm down a bit more. You will need to make sure that he rests and doesn't run around too much after he has his surgery. They put stitches around the area and it's important he doesn't pull them out. Just be there for him and love him.

WHen a dog is neutared the after effects usually aren't that serious. To deal with the pain the vet will usually give you meds to put in the dog's food. After the surgery the dog is usually very subdued for the next few days and generally spends most of the time sleeping.

First of all, don't worry. A neutering surgery on a male dog is a very minor surgery with very little risk. When he comes home from, he will be pretty groggy for the first couple of days. Make sure you give him his pain pills. He'll be finesoon.

Most dogs that get neutered do not suffer many side effects. The main thing is you want them to be careful after surgery. Also, observe area for any unusal swelling.

Before dogs have being neutered they shouldn't take food. This will in turn may cause stomach emptied by the time it's put under anesthesia. This lessens the dogs that the dogs will vomit and aspirate the vomits into the lungs. They may be affected by the lack of balance, aggression, lethargy.
