Yes. You should tell her. Honesty is the best policy. If she divorces you it's your fault. YOU were the one who betrayed her trust and cheated on her.

First of all you should not cheat. If you do you may as well be honest. This will release any tension and question. As much as it hurts, I would rather know the truth so I make sure that it doesn't happen again, or so the marriage would end. Depends on what is going on.
