Diarrhea may be caused by sudden change in food when they are weaning or switching from wet food to kibbles. However, the most common cause of diarrhea in kittens are internal parasites. Take a stool sample to your veterinarian to have a fecal done. The veterinarian will help you decide which de-wormer to give to your kittens if necessary.

If the kittens aren't eating solid food, it's normal for them to have loose stool. If they're eating solids, they could have a parasitic infection -- veternary attention is necessary!
