Low blood pressure is not usually considered a concern during pregnancy. Fainting or falling do to extremely low pressure could occur and would be a risk. Drink lots of water, change positions slowly, and avoid laying on your back to reduce the risk of fainting/falling.

It dpends on how low it is. Your blood pressure will naturally be a little lower since your blood volume dramatically increases in order to provide a blood supply to the baby.

Worry about low blood pressure if it is not normal for you when not pregnant. Too low blood pressure may mean poor circulation. See your doctor if this is constant (and not normal to your pre-baby body) or if your bp fluctuates often.

No, this is not normal, and you should go to your care provider, and find out what the issue may be, and what is causing your blood pressuse to drop.
