Don't worry - it will wash out just fine. Some people even use flat beer as a natural rinse for dry/damaged hair.

No, beer is known to make hair shiny and fuller. There are some reports that it lightens hair as well.

Not at all. Beer is just composed of mostly water and a little bit of other ingredients that will not have any negative effects on your hair.
