What is the best way to avoid being anorexic?

I don't have much appetite so I worry.

Anorexia is the belief that you need to lose weight despite the fact that you are already skinny. If you believe that your appetite needs to increase, try eating foods that increase your appetite, such as basil. I would also look up online how many calories your body needs per day based on your weight and activity level.

Some people don't have much of an appetite but it's when you exercise too much and let food occupy too many thoughts is when you get in trouble. Anorexics purposely consume too few daily calories.
