Should I use graphite lube on my Rubik cube?

Apply the lube when the faces of the cube is turned. Be careful not use a lubricant too corrosive (such as industrial) could melt your cube if it is plastic

Yes, this is an option. Graphite is good because it isn't actually a liquid, but rather a powder. Get the kind that comes in a little squirt bottle and work it down into the cracks while rotating the cube. It it doesn't work, you probably wont find a better solution.
