Should I keep breastfeeding if my baby has a sensitivity to milk?

Continue to breastfeed unless it is truly making your baby sick. Talk to your pediatrician / lactation consultant. As long as the baby is not too sick from it I think you should try to continue.

Because breastmilk is the very best for your baby, you definitely should. Just cut out dairy from YOUR diet and your baby will be fine.

Breastfeeding is important for babies; the mother's milk provides nutrients and other substances essential to the baby's health. However, if a baby is sensitive to it, you should see your pediatrician first, who may advise to switch to powdered milk instead. Have your baby tested for any allergies.
