Should I have carpet in my living room?

Some say hardwood floors are beautiful, but they take a lot of care to keep them that way. However, carpeting is warm in winter and can look just as pretty.

If you can afford hardwoods, they are always better in my opinion. They are easier to keep clean, and better for allergies or asthma problems. They have a rich, classic appeal and will add value to your home when you want to sell it. Add an area rug for instant class and color.
