Burning might be due to sutures used in the surgery or any scar tissues. Wait until surgery recovery time is over. If still you have problem, consult your doctor.
This is a question that I would ask the doctor that did the breast lift. Any that occurs that you never had before the lift should be seen by the doctor.
This will depend on the individual and the type of lift in which they have had. Sometimes this does occur but if it continues and you are worried call your physician.
