Well,yes it may be very rusty or fall off. I would recomend a normal brand new, standardized truck. The normal truck would inlude seats, you dont just want a truck shell.
There wouldn't be anything wrong with buying a shell just as long as the shell is in good shape. The only downside is the obvious you have to swap everything over from your other car.
