A rash that is in the form of little red bumps or pin point rash could be caused by many things, including fever, shots and being exposed to something that he or she is allergic to. If the rash does not go away within 24 hours I would consult with my doctor to eliminate the possible cause of the bumps.

This could be from a variety of causes. You need to have your pediatrician check the bumps to give you the correct diagnosis. These bumps could be as simple as diaper rash or a sign of something more serious such as an allergic reaction.

Nothing to worry about, totally harmless. It's just a heat rash or some sort of baby acne which will go away by itself in a couple of days. Just clean the place of the bumps with water and try avoiding oils and baby lotions in that period, it may aggravate the condition.
