You should take the child to the dentist to make sure that there is no damage to the gum or the new tooth. If this is a permanent tooth, the quicker you get to the dentist the better. In some cases, the tooth can be saved. It is amazing what dentist can do now. Definitely get it checked.

You really shouldn't worry unless the tooth is not a baby tooth. If it is a baby tooth, you should take your child to the dentist as it will need to be replaced

When your child knocks out a tooth there is nothing you can do. If it was a baby tooth a the permanent one will grow in it's place. If it was permanent and it's noticeable then you should consult the dentist about putting an fake one in there.

If it is a baby tooth you do not need to worry. If the tooth was a permanent tooth you need to save the tooth and get to an emergency dental clinic immediately so they can replant the tooth.
