Please explain picture sizing.

Picture sizing is required since photos must be resized to email to friends and family. If this is not done, the photo will appear much larger than the screen and very difficult to see. It also keeps the file size down to a minimum, making it easy to email.

All picture sizing is you being able to adjust the size of a picture, usually with some kind of computer software.
