This usually needs a visual assessment. Possibilities would include an insect bite, an allergic reaction (contact dermatitis) or ringworm. Anytime "yellow" appears, indicator of infection. No improvement, get it checked.

It may be due to attack of ring worms. You feel itching especially after bath? If white powder like thing is seen while scratching the skin, consult a dermotologist who will direct you to go to a microbiology lab and ask to undergo a test after collecting a specimen from your skin. The test result will be available after 48Hrs.

Not being to see it makes it hard, the yellow could be fat, which would make it a pimple. Or the yellow could be infection, ringworm, impetigo, rash, allergy.

Red circles with yellow in them are generally acne; the red is the reaction of the skin to the yellow substance inside. The yellow substance generally correlates to a fatty substance. In most cases, this is due to skin pores getting clogged. Otherwise, it could also be due to stress or unhealthy eating and living habits.

This is most likely a zip or pimple. A pore that has become blocked with dirt and excess oil. It could also be a insect bite, so consult an expert.

Does this rash have a "crust" in the center? If so, it may be impetigo, which is very contagious and caused by both the staph and strep germs needing antibiotics.
