My zebra danio is just lying around on the bottom of the tank. Is this normal?

If a zebra danio is lying on the bottom of the tank, it may be sick or may want to lay eggs. If they are sick, usually you will notice that it isn't swimming normally, or it is really lying on it's side. A fish about to lay eggs will stay near the bottom and will have a larger belly.

it is fastest and brisk of fish which always swim in the top of the water,if got frighten it will go to bottom and keep moving more faster. yours is sick.
