Yes, it can be repaired. Some of the connections or the cables may be loose, so that is the first thing you would want to check. If that isn't the problem, I would recommend calling a repair shop. They should be able to help you out or have you take the tv in.

In most cases TV ghosting is caused by a number of different things and can be easily rectified most of the time the ghosting can be caused by loose cables that can have quite simply come loose over time there fore with just pushing them back into the cable box or tv can solve the problem

Yes a TV can be repaired if it appears to have a ghosting image. Make sure all connections into the TV are secure. Also, make sure that you disconnect any stereo/ audio connections into the TV as it can interfere with the signal for the station.

Yes your TV can be repaired. The problem is the convergence of your TV. I am pretty sure your TV is a projection TV. You need a tech to replace the convergence modules which might end up costing you about $200 and up. Better repair than buy a new one.
