There are a number of reasons you've been two months without a period. Pregnancy, perimenopause, stress, illness or disease, hormone changes and/or medication are jsut a few of the things that can cause this. Check in with your doctor as soon as possible.

The first concern and thing to rule out is pregnancy, after that you should consider stress and sickness. Changes in your routine could be a cuase as well.

First take a pregnancy test. If it's negative it could be other issues. Stress is a major cause of period shifting or delaying. It could be stress from your job, home life or even something like moving can cause your period to be off. You should alert your doctor of this issue.

A period that is two months late is a good indicator of pregnancy. Also, early in puberty cycles are less regulated - contact your physician or OB/GYN.
