It isn't common to get pregnant while taking any form of birth control if it is used properly. Make sure to take it at the same time every day. It is possible to get pregnant though, no birth control is perfect. Stress, sleep, and other factors can also affect your period. Buy a cheap Over-the-counter test to help yourself relax.

Yaz is an accurate birth control and if you have been taking it for three months without missing a day it is extremely uncommon for someone to get pregnant from sex.

If you stopped taking the drug or missed your dose it is highly likely that you will get pregnant, plus this drug is only 99% effective.

No birth control is 100% effective, and some pills must be taken at the same exact time every day to work as they are supposed to. Some women can still become pregnant while taking birth control, so a home pregnancy test can confirm if you are pregnant, or if the birth control has slowed and lightened your monthly cycle.
