My neutered dog is always hungry. What should I do?

Give him portion control. Feed him two or three times a day and after that maybe give him a treat... but no more. Otherwise he will get hefty.

I don't believe removal of the testes is in any way related to hunger. Overfeeding your dog can cause more problems than it solves such as obesity and indirectly arthritis.

Two factors need to be determined. 1. Is the dog's energy needs met? 2. Is the dog fed the correct quantity of food at the correct frequency? If there are no dietary issues, the next step would be to investigate internal parasites. Regular treatment for internal parasites is recommended.

Feeding him too much will cause him to gain a lot of weight, which can lead to serious health issues. Just feed him twice a day like you normally do. Give him the recommended amount.
